About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and translating them into functional specifications for development teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough needs assessments through interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Create and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation, including BRDs, SRSs, and user manuals.
- Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement process improvement plans and solutions.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and senior management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and resolve issues.
Technical Skills :
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g, Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g, SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g, BPMN).
- Knowledge of UML and other modeling techniques.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement
