We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the companys workforce needs. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, innovative sourcing strategies, and a commitment to finding the best candidates to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing:
   
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Use job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs to identify qualified candidates.
2. Recruitment Process:
   
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Employer Branding:
   
• Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and career fairs.
• Build strong relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
4. Data Management:
   
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
5. Compliance:
   
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with employer branding initiatives.
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
