Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless communication with Ground/Regional Sales SPOCs and provide personalized attention to our high-value B2B partners.
  • Strategic management of accounts will identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, contributing to revenue growth in collaboration with Ground/Regional Sales SPOCs.
  • Proactive engagement and effective issue resolution will improve client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • This role will relieve the existing team of account management tasks, enabling them to focus on core operations and strategy.
  • Team Management
  • Ensure timely and accurate Quotations for queries, New Queries Generation, invoicing to TA/Corporate account on boarded by Regional teams.
  • Ensure prompt collection and minimum exposure from TA/Corporate account on boarded by Regional teams.
  • Resolve TA/Corporate account complaints, billing discrepancies and errors.
  • Develop and implement policies & procedures in coordination with the reporting manager.
  • Lead, supervise and train the team and manage their work allocation.
  • Manage timely submission of MIS reports to TA/Corporate account on boarded by Regional teams.
  • Coordinate with other departments like Operations, Sales, and IT.
  • Report issues related to invoicing and collections to the reporting manager.
  • Initiate and implement process improvement projects.
  • Motivate the team and ensure maximum retention.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills required:

  • Proven experience as KAM, or relevant role.
  • Managing B2B accounts, developing strong client relationships, ensuring account health, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and account management experience, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, with a focus on international holidays.
  • In-depth knowledge of TA/Corporate handling and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the start-up ecosystem, growth, and business evaluation processes.
