Role & responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Shortlist potential candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
• Complete joining formalities, ensuring all required documentation and processes are finalized.
• Follow up with new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and address any concerns.
• Leverage job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to source top talent.
• Optimize and manage postings on Naukri and LinkedIn to attract the right candidates.
• Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn InMail and professional networks to build connections.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
• Perform in-depth candidate evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify challenges in recruitment and implement effective solutions.

Utilize ATS and HRMS tools for efficient recruitment processes and data management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills with a candidate-first approach.
