Urgent Hiring - Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Collection of Bills: Ensure timely collection of bills from all vendors, co-loaders, and agents.
• Bill Verification: Check all bills from vendors, co-loaders, and agents as per contract terms.
• Purchase Requests: Create purchase requests against vendor bills.
• Purchase Orders: Generate purchase orders against vendor bills.
• Vendor Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile the vendor ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Debit/Credit Notes: Issue debit/credit notes as needed for discrepancies.
• costing: Oversee 1st mile and last mile costing for operational accuracy.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare expenses and costing MIS reports for management.
• Statutory Document Collection: Collect NDC, ESI, and PF challans from labor contractors.
• Petty Cash Management: Maintain and manage petty cash for operational expenses.
• Day-to-Day Accounting: Responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
• • Cash and Bank Reconciliation: Perform cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Debtor and Creditor Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile debtor and creditor accounts.
• AP Invoice Processing: Check and book AP invoices, processing payments per the terms of agreements.
• Reconciliation of Transport and Subcontractor Bills: Ensure accurate reconciliation of transportation, hire bills, and subcontractor bills.
• Audit Collaboration: Work with audit functions to ensure accurate accounting records.
• Customer Billing: Generate and submit customer bills on time.

Collections: Actively follow up on the collection of outstanding amounts from customers

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6 7 years of relevant experiences
• Industry : Logistic
• Working knowledge of Accounts Payables and Account Receivable
• Proficient in Bank Reconciliation Branch Accounting and Reconciliation
• Financial Reporting and MIS Accounts Receivable and Payable Reconciliation
• Knowledge of MS Office, Tally, ERP
• Strong Communication in Hindi and English
