Sales Support Coordinator - Tele calling

Job description

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Conduct research to gather data and identify new leads.
• Generate leads
• Explain and provide information about the companys multiple businesses/services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Update and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings or appointments for potential clients with the relevant department.
• Report daily/weekly call results and lead generation activities to the supervisor.
• Research on data and prepare report

Requirement:

• Good communication skills in English or Regional Language
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Basic knowledge of computer and MS Excel.
• Experience with lead generation and CRM systems or fresher may also apply
• Ability to handle customer queries and rejections professionally.
• Positive and self motivated
• Freshers are more preferred

Mandatory Requirement -
