Senior Executive- HR (Payroll and attendance)

• Preparing monthly attendance records to facilitate accurate payroll input aligned with the organizational attendance cycle
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation, complying with data privacy regulations.
• Executing calculation of working days based on timesheet entries and leave records, ensuring deductions and adjustments in accordance with the attendance cycle
• Supervising the Leave Management system, tracking monthly leave accrual, status, and discrepancies, and adeptly addressing inquiries via Teams or email
• Collaborating cross-functionally to compile new joiner information alongside compensation structures, ensuring timely communication with Finance for seamless monthly payroll processing
• Driving compliance by initiating effective communication regarding timesheet and Leave adherence
• Managing contractor agreement renewals in alignment with business needs, coordinating with respective units, furnishing vital inputs to Finance for payment processing

This is an office based role for 5 days a week.
