Representing the full spectrum of HR function for the business unit(s) and acting as the single point of contact for all their needs.
Working with other HR sub-functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning, International HR, etc for a better employee experience
Pro-actively gathering business needs and communicating the same to HR sub-functions so that deliveries can be on time and of the best possible quality
Proactively address business issues related to Grievance, workforce development and productivity.
Works with HR Head on HR strategy and ensure that HR strategies and programs are properly implemented
Focus efforts towards Top talent development, Improve retention and manage employee relations
Preferred candidate profile
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Highly professional in working with team members and other stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Exceptional analytical skills, and a good understanding of excel and other data analysis tools
Should be willing to work from office at Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon for 5 days a week
