Key Responsibilities:

• Drive talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Resolve employee relations issues and support HR analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Understanding of HR processes, including talent management and payroll
