Sales Tele caller

Role and Responsibility:

1. Identifying and contacting potential clients, including developers, architects, and building contractors, to introduce our elevator solutions to them.
2. Engaging with customers, answering their queries, providing detailed product information, and offering personalized solutions.
3. Promoting and selling elevator systems, maintenance, and repair services, while scheduling consultations and product demonstrations.
4. Building long-term relationships with clients by following up regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolving any concerns.
5. Keeping updated on our product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Maintaining records of calls, interactions, and sales activities in software.
7. Assisting in negotiating terms, closing sales, and ensuring smooth completion of transactions.
8. Collaborating with the installation and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
9. Meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive calling and follow-up.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably from the Elevator Industry.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
3. A good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
4. Ability to build relationships and close sales deals.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
6. A positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and drive to meet targets.
