Job Description: Lead Generator (Fresher ITI)

ITI - Electrical & Mechanical (preferred)

Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Industry: Elevator Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking in assigned areas.

Generate leads for new elevator installations, maintenance, and modernization services.

Establish initial contact with clients, understand their requirements, and share basic product details.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.

Conduct market surveys and gather information about competitors and industry trends.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities.

Requirements:

ITI certification in electrical or mechanical are preferred (fresher candidates are welcome).

Own a bike with a valid driving license (mandatory).

Basic understanding of elevator systems is an added advantage (training will be provided).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.

Willing to travel extensively within assigned regions.
