Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings, accommodations, or experiences.
• Address customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering customer loyalty
• Regularly track sales activities, report on targets, and review performance metrics.
• Generate accurate quotes for customers and prepare contracts, payment schedules, and other relevant documentation.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals with prospective clients to ensure a steady sales pipeline.
• Create and manage customized travel itineraries for customers according to their needs and preference

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to customers and clients.
• Proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Ability to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong ability to negotiate and manage client expectations while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Aptitude for overcoming obstacles, finding solutions for client needs, and adapting to changing environments.
