Manager (Operations)

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to manage a large team. Thorough understanding of Operations & Service Delivery concepts, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Strong leadership skills and ability to ensure the team understands deliverables and business requirements
• Strong people management skills with the ability to set/ get alignment toward a direction
• Design an effective service delivery model, align systems and resources
• To formulate plans/ practices that enable the team to maximize their output in terms of productivity and accuracy.
• Good understanding of IT Hardware & Networking products like Surveillance System, ACS, Fire Alarm Systems, Smart Cities, PA Systems, BMS, and other electronic perimeter securities.
• Assessing the structure and procedures and tweaking these, where necessary to ensure that objectives are matched
• Hosting regular meetings with Projects and Support team to discuss the plans and address concerns.

Requirement

• Proven working experience in Operations
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of organizations.
• Assertive and clear style of communication.

Education Qualification

• Qualification- BE/ M.Sc. (EC) / (IT) with a Minimum 05 to 10 years of experience in Operations
• MBA/ PMP qualifications would be highly preferred
• Candidates from suitable can be sponsored for PMP certification if required.
