Account Executive

Job Description

• Good Command over Written and Verbal English Communication.
• General Bookkeeping
• Managing Cash for Site and Office Expenses.
• Process the Payments for Electricity, Telephone and Internet, Other Misc. Vendors etc.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Book Purchase bills, Sales Invoices, Bank entries, JV and other accounting transactions using accounting software.
• Manage Payable cycle as per the terms of payment.
• Computation and Payment of Compliances, Maintaining digital and printed records of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, ROC, Income Tax and for all other legal compliance.
• Reconciliation of Accounting Statements of Clients and Vendors.
• To do an official communication with the vendors, clients and other stakeholders for business transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally.ERP 9 and MS Office
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
