Job Description
- Develop standardized practices for developing and deploying Machine Learning models, including LLMs in Azure and other cloud environment.
- Interact with senior client technology leaders, understand their business goals, create, architect, propose, develop, and deliver technology solutions.
- Define and develop client specific best practices around model management, model monitoring and model governance.
- Recommend design alternatives for data pipeline and ML pipeline development.
- Design and optimize model codes for faster execution.
Skills and attributes for success
- 3-7 years of applied Machine Learning experience with operationalization skills
- Strong experience of designing and implementing data and ML pipelines for continuous deployment and integration of machine learning models
- Extensive experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience of using Docker, cloud services to containerize applications especially LLM based python applications
- Hands-on programming experience in Python
- Understanding of ML and Gen AI - E2E Lifecycle
- Hands on experience with containerization and orchestration tools and concepts
- Hands-on Experience in at least one of the ML Ops tools like ML Flow or Kubeflow or ZenML or BentoML
- Hands-on experience in model monitoring, validation using cloud native or open-source tools.
- Experience in deployment of ML models in Azure or similar cloud platforms or on-prem using cloud native tools or open source
- Experience of implementing best practices of version control, model reproducibility and governance
- Experience in handling big data and building ML pipeline.
- Understanding of data engineering practices (Good to have)
- Experience with BI, and data analytics databases (Good to have)
- Experience in converting business problems/challenges to technical solutions considering security, performance, scalability etc.
To qualify for the role, you must have.
- Be a computer science graduate or equivalent with > 3 years of industry experience.
- Have working experience in an Agile base delivery methodology.
- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal formal and informal).
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and enjoy working in a cooperative and collaborative team environment.
- Adaptable to new technologies and standards.
- Participate in all aspects of solution delivery life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, production deployment, and support.
