Job Description
SAP Plant Maintenance- Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Manager, responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP PM solutions to support maintenance processes within our organization.
- Configure and customize the SAP MM module to meet the business requirements, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, valuation, and invoice verification.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of the SAP MM module with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, PP, and WM/QM.
- Lead the full lifecycle of SAP MM projects, including planning, design, testing, rollout, and support.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, document functional designs, and create test plans.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP MM functionalities.
- Manage master data related to materials management, including material master records, vendor master data, and purchasing info records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Stay current with SAP releases, enhancements, and best practices within the materials management domain.
Experience
- 8-11 years of relevant experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
- Successfully completed at least three end-to-end implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP MM configuration and technical areas.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and writing functional specifications.
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
- Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Competencies / Skills
- Experience with data migration strategies and tools for transferring materials data into the SAP MM module.
- Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes.
- Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
- Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.
Education
- Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Maintenance & Repair with ERP 6.0 EHP7 (preferred).
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for client site work (domestic and international).
