a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout
the world in a well-integrated manner.
We are looking for experienced professionals for roles in control testing, and internal
audit, especially focusing on the second and third line of defence.
Your key responsibilities
• Understand processes + associated risks and controls
• Proficiency in control testing [2LoD Risk and Control Function or 3LoD - IA
capacity]
o Perform Design Effectiveness Testing (DET) basis complexity, issues,
historical experience etc.
o Identify samples based on sampling methodology (statistical or non-
statistical) and perform Operating Effectiveness Testing (OET) to check
completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
o Populate test sheets/test scripts + record testing outcome per testing
performed + prepare issue log
o Discuss and validate findings with relevant stakeholders and agree on
severity (based on control testing framework) and action plan
o Communicate control testing results to senior management/relevant
stakeholders
o Issue Validation - Monitor remediation progress with agreed timeline
and perform re-testing post remediation
o Prepare reports/work papers/status updates/presentations
What are we looking for
• 1-4years of relevant experience
• Graduated in Accounting/Business from a reputed university
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
