We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Assurance team

The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in providing high-quality assurance and advisory services to our clients

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively manage client engagements and teams

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage assurance engagements, including planning, execution, and completion of audits

Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs to address identified risks

Conduct fieldwork, including testing of controls, substantive testing, and analytical procedures

Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems

Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations to clients and management

Provide guidance and supervision to audit team members, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables

Monitor project timelines and budgets, and manage resources efficiently

Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and provide value-added recommendations for improvement

Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
