- Education Postgraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles focused on operational assessment, transformation, or value creation projects.
- Technical Proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Travel Flexibility Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
