H2R Transition Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Transition Management: Lead and manage the entire transition process, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational handover.
• Knowledge Transfer Coordination: Oversee the scheduling, tracking, and completion of Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions, ensuring alignment with transition timelines and goals.
• Project Tracking: Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage risks and ensure timely reporting on key deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure transparency, communication and the successful execution of transition activities.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and escalate risks or challenges to ensure a smooth transition, mitigating potential bottlenecks or delays.
• Project Documentation: Maintain and update transition documentation, including project plans, KT calendars, issue/risk logs and status reports.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Expertise: Experience in handling global Operations/Transition processes, especially in managing transitions involving global organizations. And strong experience with global processes / systems and ERPs such as Workday and SAP is an added advantage.
• Project Coordination: Strong background in coordinating complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and drive project outcomes.
• Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies for large-scale transition projects.
• Tools Proficiency: Experience using project management tools (e.g MS Project , Jira , Trello) and creating executive-level reports.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Transitions or related areas, with exposure to global transitions preferred.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Certification: PMP or any relevant project management certifications are a plus.
