Job Description

Your key responsibilities

General corporate advisory works and drafting/ vetting of the corporate secretarial documents and compliances such as minutes, notices, agendas, policies, resolutions, step plans, advisory notes, statutory registers etc.

c Advising on corporate laws and compliance issues relating to requirements under corporate and commercial laws, labour laws, statutory approvals and filings etc.

Preparation of memorandums on various issues relating to corporate laws across various sectors.

Work as a team in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other such assisgnments.

Work as a team on legal due diligences and handle various sections of a due diligence exercise.

Drafting and vetting of transaction documents such as share purchase/ share subscription/ shareholders agreements, joint ventures agreements, escrow agreements, term sheets.

Good knowledge of legal issues and keeps abreast of developments in law.

Likes

They provide hybrid mode but whenever you need work from home even for medical emergency they ask so much evidence and validate from their doctor team. And make it so much complex so that you stop asking for.

Company asks for 11 hours of works on official note in busy season without paying any extra compensation and benefits. That 11 hours of works takes 14 -15 hrs.Apart from busy season you have to work 11 hrs No travel allowance No food allowance,also high charges in cafeteria
