Job Description

The role involves overseeing and supporting the Delivery Organization (DO) leader in executing core functions at the organizational level, including

Supervising the allocation and assignment of personnel.
Monitoring consulting staff utilization and executing strategies to enhance it.
Keeping track of available personnel and updating their skill set records.
Coordinating the internal transfer of staff and monitoring the financial benefits derived from these movements.
Overseeing the accuracy and prompt submission of timesheets.
Distributing profiles of available personnel for vacant roles.

Likes

Just the initial salary hike. Everything else was super toxic. Even the initial salary hike was compensated by pathetic appraisals and low salary hike in the next 2 years.

Everything. Specially the lack of empathy amongst the so called leaders. The partners here are baniyas only wanting to expand business
