Job Description
Assistant Manager - Full Stack Developer
Data and Analytics team is a multi-disciplinary technology team delivering client projects and solutions across Data Management, Visualization, Business Analytics and Automation. The assignments cover a wide range of countries and industry sectors.
We are looking for Assistant Manager Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering rich, highly interactive web applications that engagement teams will use to implement the EY SaT mergers and acquisitions methodologies
Your key responsibilities
- Writing and reviewing great quality code, unit test code and various aspects like extensibility, scalability, design patterns and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Understanding the client s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
- Troubleshoot, isolate and remediate code bugs.
- Work on and manage mid-size projects, and ensure smooth service delivery on assigned products, engagements and/or geographies.
- Work with project managers to study resource needs and gaps and devise alternative ways forward.
- Provide expert reviews for all projects within the assigned subject.

- A Full Stack Developer at EY Bridging the gap between front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless communication and integration. Identifies and defines user / customer requirements and focuses on developing user interface (UI) as well as server side logic(back-end) api for web, windows application etc., using standard tools and frameworks in an agile fashion. Focuses on developing software components and services which interact with the upstream and downstream components. Codes, programs and creates specifications to deliver development services that support business requirements.
- Skills C#(Expert),Web API,.Net Framework, Multithreading, React or Angular 12+(both will be preferable), HTML5,CSS,JavaScript, Agile Delivery, Design Pattern, Graphical User Interfaces, Responsive Design
- Able to work creatively and systematically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
- Loyal and reliable with high ethical standards
- Flexible, curious and creative, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player, open, pleasure to work with and positive in a group dynamic
- Intercultural intelligence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams with distributed delivery experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with a concentration in Full Stack development
- Minimum of 3-4 years of strong experience with development in server-side programming languages and frameworks like C#, .Net framework and Web API
- Minimum of 3-4 years of modern web application development with tools such as ReactJS or Angular12+
- Minimum of 3-4 years of client-side JavaScript experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HTML5 & CSS experience
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes
- Database management skills (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of window s application and multithreading concept good to have
- Knowledge of techniques for optimizing application performance, including caching strategies, database indexing, and minimizing latency in network requests.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Strong understanding of REST API, web design best practices, concurrent patterns, and latest UI/UX trends
- Willingness to mentor team members
- Solid thoughtfulness, technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to think strategically/end-to-end with result-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport within the firm and win the trust of the clients
- Willingness to travel extensively and to work on client sites / practice office locations
