Job Description
- Define and maintain the architectural blueprints for SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture and business goals.
- Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of SAP BTP solutions, including database services, analytics, application development, and integration services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable SAP BTP solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure best practices for security, performance, and scalability are incorporated into SAP BTP solutions.
- Oversee the integration of SAP BTP with SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across the enterprise.
- Stay abreast of SAP BTP updates, new services, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Conduct proof of concepts to validate architectural approaches and solutions.
- Mentor and train team members on SAP BTP technologies and methodologies.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in SAP BTP.
- Successfully completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
- Experience with SAP integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP API Management.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA.
- Extensive experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and its services.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and SAP cloud solutions.
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
- Experience in working in client-facing delivery roles, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
- Excellent communication skills for translating functional requirements into design documents.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams, while independently driving key deliverables.
Education
- Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
- SAP certifications related to BTP or cloud architecture (preferred).
