Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic SAAS Sales Manager to drive our business growth in India. You will lead enterprise sales efforts and build strong relationships with logistics companies, e-commerce players, and manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through new business development and existing account growth
* Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise clients across India
* Build and manage a high-performing sales team
* Create effective sales strategies for the Indian market
* Work closely with implementation teams to ensure successful client onboarding
* Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
Required Qualifications
* 5-8 years of B2B SAAS sales experience in India
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets (₹2+ crore annually)
* Experience in logistics tech, supply chain, or enterprise software sales
* Strong understanding of the Indian logistics and transportation sector
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
* Bachelor's degree required (B.Tech/BE/B.Com/BBA)
Preferred Skills
* Experience with logistics/supply chain software products( Is added Advantage)
* Knowledge of TMS, WMS, or other supply chain technologies
* Regional language proficiency is a plus
* MBA from reputed institution
