Job Description:
- Our client is an established and rapidly growing logistics SaaS company that is transforming the supply chain and transportation management landscape.
- Their innovative platform enables businesses to optimize their logistics operations through advanced route optimization, fleet management, and workflow automation solutions.
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Establish scalable sales processes and methodologies to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Work with executive leadership to shape the company's market positioning and growth strategy.
Business Development:
- Drive strategic partnerships with industry leaders and system integrators.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the logistics sector.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key enterprise accounts.
- Lead geographic expansion initiatives and new market penetration.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales infrastructure and CRM systems.
- Develop robust forecasting models and reporting frameworks.
- Design effective sales compensation structures.
Establish and track key performance metrics for sales effectiveness.
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Align with Customer Success to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Product teams to incorporate market feedback into product development.
- Partner with Marketing on lead generation and sales enablement initiatives.
- Provide regular performance updates to the executive team and board.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive SaaS sales experience, with minimum 3 years in senior sales leadership.
- Proven success scaling sales organizations and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology.
- Track record of closing enterprise deals.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Expert knowledge of sales operations and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA advantageous.

- Deep understanding of the logistics/transportation software landscape.
- Expertise in enterprise software sales methodologies.
- Strong executive presence and C-level relationship management skills.
