As a growing company, we are looking for an IT Support Associate to ensure smooth IT operations and provide technical assistance to our teams and clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support Associate to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with system maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure that all IT systems, hardware, and software run efficiently and securely while supporting internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to IT-related queries via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT tools.
• Assist in ERP system troubleshooting and user support.
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure security.
• Assist in network administration and cloud-based system management.
• Maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls).
• Familiarity with ERP software, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), or SaaS tools (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in IT support or help desk environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
