Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and technology. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support ERP implementations for steel distributors. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and document requirements.
• Assist in analyzing workflows and recommending process improvements.
• Support the implementation and optimization of EOXSs ERP software.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to generate business insights.
• Help with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure ERP solutions meet client needs.
• Prepare business documentation, functional specifications, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, business workflows, and process mapping.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Power BI (a plus).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
