As a growing company, we are looking for an HR Executive to help build and manage our workforce efficiently.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Executive to handle key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth HR process while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Manage job postings on portals and coordinate hiring activities.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Onboarding & Employee Engagement:
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies.
• HR Operations & Compliance:
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Training & Development:
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions.
• Support learning and development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech-driven or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in IT/ERP industry recruitment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or HR analytics tools.
