Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in a Sales BPO environment to monitor and improve call quality, ensure compliance, and enhance customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 7 QA tools, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and call calibration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify performance gaps and suggest corrective actions.
• Utilize 7 QA tools to analyze data and improve processes.
• Facilitate call calibration sessions to align quality expectations across teams.
• Provide feedback and coaching to agents to enhance customer interactions.
• Maintain call quality reports and track performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a Sales BPO.
• Strong knowledge of 7 QA tools, RCA, and call calibration.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in quality monitoring tools and reporting.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching
