Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets across Solar, Smart Metering, EPC, and MEPC verticals.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and service expansions.

Client Engagement:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of services with their needs and expectations.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Project Management, to deliver seamless client experiences.

Proposal Development & Negotiation:

• Lead the preparation of RFPs, presentations, and business proposals, showcasing our capabilities and value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Market Intelligence:

• Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business risks.
• Recommend innovative approaches to tap into untapped market segments.

Goal Alignment:

• Translate the companys vision into actionable business strategies and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
• Regularly review and refine business plans to ensure sustained growth.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record of driving business growth in the service industry, particularly in Solar, Smart Metering, EPC, and MEPC.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead teams toward achieving ambitious targets.
• High level of business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in preparing financial projections, market analyses, and client reports.
• Self-driven, dynamic, and highly adaptable to changing market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in service-oriented industries is mandatory, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
