Role Overview:

We are seeking a Dynamic Senior Marketing Manager with extensive experience in the service industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the marketing strategy to align with the company’s goals and vision. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to propel the company's market presence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals across its verticals.
• Identify market trends and customer insights to shape innovative campaigns and initiatives.

Brand Positioning:

• Enhance brand awareness and positioning in existing and emerging markets.
• Develop marketing materials and communication strategies that reflect the company's vision.

Lead Generation & Business Growth:

• Design marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads for solar, smart metering, and EPC projects.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to achieve revenue targets.

Team Leadership:

• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Ensure continuous skill development within the team to keep up with industry advancements.

Digital & Traditional Marketing:

• Leverage both digital and traditional marketing channels to drive campaigns.
• Oversee content creation, social media strategy, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM efforts.

Partnerships & Events:

• Identify and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, and seminars to showcase company capabilities.

Performance Analysis:

• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Use data to make informed decisions and refine strategies for optimal results.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 20–25 years, with a proven track record in marketing within the service industry.
• Industry Expertise: Familiarity with Solar, Smart Metering, EPC, or MEPC sectors is a significant advantage.
• Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Dynamic Personality: High energy, innovation-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market needs.
