Job Timings: Available to work during US (PST) and European time zone hours with overlapping availability.

We seek an experienced Sales Director to lead sales activities for our Software Products and Platform Development Services, targeting key market segments such as ISVs, Software-Enabled Digital Businesses, and Enterprises across North America, Silicon Valley, the US, and key European countries. The role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire clients on their digital transformation journeys and effectively communicate how our solutions can play a pivotal role in their success.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying individual contributor position responsible for lead generation, prospecting, opportunity creation, qualification, and closing sales. The role encompasses selling a comprehensive suite of services, including Product and Platform Engineering, Distributed Agile Development, User Experience, DevOps, Customer Experience, Data, AI, ML, and Cloud-native Development across industries such as Retail, Banking and Financial Services, Fintech, Security, Healthcare, RPA, and Health and fitness.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead the sales efforts for Software Products and Platform Development Services, focusing on key market verticals (ISVs, Digital Platforms, Enterprises) across North America, Silicon Valley, and Europe.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on their digital transformation and articulating how our solutions can deliver business value.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, opportunity development, and closing, across a broad range of services such as Product Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, and more.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CXOs and decision-makers, driving new business and strategic account growth.
  • Leverage strong industry relationships within at least 3-4 key verticals to generate net new business within the first 6 months.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and driving successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with globally distributed teams at different locations to deliver seamless service and solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15+ years of consultative selling experience in outsourced product development services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Strong ability to engage and build relationships with senior client executives and decision-makers.
  • Experience in working effectively with distributed teams across multiple regions
  • Deep industry expertise and established relationships in at least 3-4 of the following verticals: Retail, Banking & Financial Services, Fintech, Security, Healthcare, RPA, and Health & Fitness.
  • Proven ability to drive new business, with a focus on strategic account planning and execution within the assigned region.
  • A results-driven leader with strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving sales success and delivering impactful solutions to clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and challenges.
