Associate - Employee Engagement (Third-Party Payroll)
Position Overview
The Employee Engagement Associate is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance global employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This role involves collaborating with various departments, cross cultures and department to create a positive work environment and foster a culture of engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Plan and execute events and activities that promote team building and company culture.
Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and improve workplace policies.
Communicate regularly with employees to ensure they feel heard and valued.
Implement recognition and reward systems to motivate employees and acknowledge their contributions.
Drive initiatives in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to foster an inclusive work environment.
Use creative tools like Canva or other design software to develop engaging internal communication materials (internal magazines)
Distribute surveys through the Great Place to Work platform to gather employee feedback and measure engagement levels.
Manage departmental reporting, MIS entries, and HR dashboards to track engagement metrics and impact.
Develop and implement low-cost, high-impact engagement programs and initiatives, especially at the Head Office.
Work on external certification processes to strengthen EPL Limiteds employer brand and recognition in global engagement benchmarks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable workplace practices and employee wellness programs.
Introduce initiatives such as health and wellness programs, sustainable workplace resources, and employee assistance programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in employee engagement or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using survey tools (e.g., Great Place to Work platform), Canva, and other creative software for employee communications.
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
