Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Executive/Senior Executive Employee Engagement to lead and implement employee engagement and wellness programs at our direct selling company. The role involves curating engaging activities, promoting employee well-being, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and roll out the annual employee engagement calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and approved budgets.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys (e.g., pulse surveys, satisfaction surveys) to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze survey results and other feedback mechanisms to create actionable insights for senior management.
  • Work closely with leadership and HR teams to ensure engagement initiatives align with company culture and strategic objectives.

2. Employee Wellness and Engagement Programs:

  • Create, release, and implement a variety of wellness initiatives aimed at enhancing employee physical and mental well-being.
  • Organize Fun Friday sports hours (5–6 PM) to encourage employees to engage in recreational activities.
  • Oversee fitness evaluations, collaborating with the Health & Wellness Officer to provide personalized diet and exercise recommendations for employees.
  • Facilitate weekly exercise and meditation sessions to promote mindfulness and stress relief.
  • Arrange meditation sessions specifically for employees at Mumbai and Jaipur offices.
  • Maintain and manage recreational areas and inventory to ensure accessibility for employees.

3. Cultural and Festive Celebrations:

  • Plan and execute key cultural and national events, including:
  • Diwali, Holi, Republic Day (26th Jan), Independence Day (15th Aug), and other significant festivals.
  • Organize monthly birthday celebrations and coordinate welcoming activities for new joiners, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie.

4. Training and Development Integration:

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to integrate wellness-related workshops, seminars, and training sessions into broader employee engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate yoga sessions across company academies to promote holistic well-being and encourage participation in wellness programs.

6. Large-Scale Event Management:

  • Plan and support large-scale events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum employee participation. Examples include:
  • Team outings to build camaraderie and collaboration.
  • Family fun fairs to involve employees’ families in organizational activities.
  • Corporate Olympics to inspire friendly competition and team spirit.
  • Samanvay (cultural and team-building programs) to strengthen team dynamics.

7. Employee Recognition and Inclusion:

  • Design and implement recognition programs to celebrate employee contributions and enhance morale.
  • Foster inclusivity by organizing networking events and creating opportunities for employees to interact and collaborate beyond their immediate teams.
  • Support and guide Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to promote diversity and inclusivity initiatives.

8. Helpdesk and Support Management:

  • Manage the employee helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and feedback.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees seeking support or information related to engagement programs..

9. Committee Management:

  • Establish and oversee committees for various activities, ensuring they are well-structured and effectively managed.
  • Align committee objectives with organizational goals to drive smooth operations and successful process execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to committee members to help them deliver on their responsibilities.

By championing initiatives that align with the company’s vision and values, this role ensures employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated to contribute to the organization’s success.
