Job Description

Description:


The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing instructional materials for channel partner training programs. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and production teams to create engaging and effective learning content, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and enhancing workforce skill development. The candidate should have expertise in instructional design methodologies, e-learning tools, and content development strategies specific to the Direct Selling Industry.


Role & responsibilities:


  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging learning modules, e-learning courses, and instructor-led training programs tailored to Associate Buyers.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality learning materials, including presentations, workbooks, videos, and assessments aligned with specific modules.
  • Instructional Design Strategy: Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models, and the latest industry trends to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Engagement & Interactivity: Utilize gamification, microlearning, simulations, and scenario-based learning techniques to make training engaging and impactful.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Monitor learner progress, gather feedback, and continuously refine training content for maximum effectiveness.

Skills required:


  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong content writing, editing, and visualization skills.
  • Ability to create engaging digital and instructor-led training materials.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience of working in direct selling, retail, or business training programs is a plus.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to evolving learning needs.

Educational /Professional Qualification:


  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in developing learning content in Hindi and English.

Work Experience:


  • 4+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training program creation.
