Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development Strategy.
  • Travel to various locations in the assigned territory to monitor and participate in sales.
  • Training activities with the coordination of local Leaders, WW/WWQ/PUC.
  • Daily contact with leaders to review activities in their team & recommended WW/WWQ/PUC- e.g no of Home Meetings, Business Opportunity Meetings, and success rates as per agreed monthly plans also provide support to new Associate Buyers with the help of their up lines.
  • Responsible for driving the field system and evaluating targets of Depot/WW/WWQ/PUC.
  • Organize Meetings/Events at WW/WWQ/PUC to get in new people joining this business as Associate Buyers with coordination to the local leaders.
  • Prospecting for new business development/identifying avenues to increase Associate Buyers networks by leveraging existing base, participate in the events.
  • Create innovative market presence strategies for generating secondary demand
  • Gather market information on activities of competition. Analyze market share/ distribution trends.

Correlate with sales performance by brand & productivity.

  • Identify potential place for opening new ww/wwq/puc with the help of the local leaders
  • To Educate prospects of WW/WWQ/PUC about store application, opening process and store operations
  • Hyper Local - Deliveries, Promotions ; Awareness activities, Inventory management, Allocation of store for eligibility for Hyper Local services, CRM
  • To Promote product categories - Garment and Accessories, Footwear and Accessories, Keysoul and Vyomini and ensure business growth in the field
  • Identification of the stores with sufficient required infrastructure and VM for promoting Garments, Footwear and KeySoul/Vyomini Products and encourage them to fulfill the complete range of the product categories
  • Depot Audit - To audit depots of the zone as per the requirement of the company and submit reports for the same
  • Interview new applications received for WW/WWQ before code allotment
  • Training & Support,Engage and Motivate the Associate Buyers/WW/WWQ/PUC through Personal meetings/Interaction with them for feedback/base expansion.
  • Organize, promote & support all company's activities & events, Business manual, product launches, seminars, offers etc that communicate with & motivate leaders/WW/WWQ/PUC. To coordinate with the Marketing team for categories promotion & New Products launches
  • Check with field team/leaders to ensure that Associate Buyers/WW/WWQ/PUC are receiving training support, services and stocks
  • Hold monthly meetings with leaders and stores of the zone on fixed days to review the performance of the stores, discuss strategy for achieving targeted levels during the month.
  • Study performance reports of stores with respective leaders, ( targets vs actual ) make regular calls to leaders in the entire region to review, strategize, and intervene / assist where needed.
  • Train WW/WWQ/PUC regarding ordering processes for FMCG & NON FMCG products.
  • Create coordination between Depots and stores
  • Ensure proper products display, stocks, brandings etc. in the stores and suggest changes with coordination of VM
  • Meet with leaders (during planned visits) to review and analyze the store performance, discuss their action plans; assess any assistance needed in organizing any activities at WW/WWQ/PUC
  • Coordinate with the concerned Manager to ensure that the products are always available, and there are no stock out.
  • To verify disputes raised by the field and login the same in CRM
  • To Train Depots for Inventory management and services to stores
  • To Train eligible stores for Hyper Local
  • To train and be aware of associate buyers for home delivery system
  • To train new stores about the RCM business and working of a store and products

Key Result Areas:

  • Drive Volume of Business in the assigned Zone
  • Identify potential leaders in the zone and responsible for ensuring growth in their respective
  • Territory implementation of the field system by the leaders
  • To support Associate Buyers & leaders for achieving their sales targets and ensure that the

infrastructure to make it happen is in place

  • To Train and support Depots/WW/WWQ/PUC to achieving their sales targets in the territory
  • To verify required compliances are fulfilled by Depots/WW/WWQ/PUC
