Job Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Associate with 2 years of experience to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role will involve working closely with the finance team to evaluate financial performance, manage budgets, and conduct detailed financial analysis to guide decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in finance, possess analytical skills, and be able to interpret financial data to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure timely compliance with financial regulations, including TDS, GST, and PF submissions and filings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws to ensure all filings are accurate and timely.
• Collaboration with CA:
• Coordinate with the CA for ER return filings and preparation of data for various yearly and quarterly returns.
• Provide required documentation and reports to ensure smooth financial audits and compliance reviews.
• Contract and Agreement Management:
• Review and analyze financial aspects of contracts and agreements.
• Assist in negotiations and manage financial terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to agreements while ensuring obligations are reflected in business decisions.
• Tally and Data Management:
• Process salary entries in Tally for Engminds and Voyzz both Company.
• Enter bank statements for both companies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare GSTR1 data and reconcile GST2B for both entities and .
• Reconcile Tally and maintain financial records for audits and reporting.
• Payroll and Tax Compliance:
• Calculate and process TDS payments for both companies.
• Manage PF payments and download ECR challans for compliance.
• Prepare and issue TDS certificates to stakeholders.
• Reimbursements and Invoicing:
• Check, process, and approve reimbursement requests.
• Prepare salary sheets and monthly expense sheets for both companies.
• Raise invoices (e.g., NTT and EngineersMind) and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with NTT vendor requirements and update relevant compliance sheets.
• Financial Reporting and Reconciliation:
• Upload and organize monthly invoices in OneDrive.
• Maintain offline files for all financial documentation.
• Calculate TDS amounts for upcoming payments and update internal TDS sheets.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, and PF regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally for accounting and financial management.
• Strong understanding of financial contracts and risk assessment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience in financial compliance and reporting is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com) from a recognized institution.
• MBA in Finance or equivalent advanced finance qualification is compulsory.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.
