Experience- 4-10 years in accounting required.

Job Description:

• Managing daily accounting and banking activities.
• Handling Accounts Payable Reviewing booking of expense vouchers and payments.
• Handling Accounts Receivable Ensuring timely recovery of dues and functions of Credit Control.
• Posting of Receipts and Payments and adjust of the same on bill wise basis.
• Running payroll.
• Handling statutory filings - TDS, GST, PF/ESI.
• Payroll Processing / TDS Calculations
• Preparation of TDS Return along with payment of TDS on monthly basis.
• Preparation of GST Return and filling of the same.
• Reconciliation of Vendors and Customers and settlement of the same.
• Invoicing, and expenses reporting
• Bank Reconciliation and settlement thereof.
• Assisting in statutory compliance.
• Assisting stakeholders requirements.
• Negotiating and Managing vendors.
• Supplier reconciliation.
• Managing cash and payouts.
• Knowledge of Personal Accounting, Income Computation and ITR.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Banking, Accounts, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is a must.
• Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word.
• Basic knowledge of banking, E- way bills and other similar work.
• Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, team player and multitasking.
• Effective communication skills
