Sr. Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance

team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations,

including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts. The ideal

candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under

deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including

general ledger accounts, invoices, payments, and receipts.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable,

ensuring timely processing of payments and invoices.

• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reviewing PG

reconciliation, wallet reconciliation, collection reconciliations to resolve any

discrepancies.

• Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up

on outstanding balances.

• Amortization/subscription: Monthly closure of revenue working including revenue

amortization and Deferred revenue.

• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss

statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Audit Preparation: Support the finance team in the preparation of audits by ensuring

that all financial documentation is in order.

• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including timely filing of

VAT, GST, or other taxes.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes by

providing relevant financial data.

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to resolve any invoicing or

payment-related issues.

• Data Entry: Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely into

accounting software.

• Other Duties: Provide support to the finance team on other ad-hoc tasks and special

projects as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BBA/BBM and

MBA).

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and

MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax

regulations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle a large volume of transactions and maintain high

levels of accuracy.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
