Designation: English Educator
Department: VEL (Vedantu Early Learning)
Reports to: Manager VEL
Summary of the Role:
The English Educator is responsible for delivering high quality instruction and ensuring a robust
learning environment. The individual in this role must exhibit deep subject matter expertise,
exceptional teaching skills, and a commitment to stakeholder management. The English Educator will work closely with students, fellow teachers, and administrators to foster a culture of continuous improvement and educational excellence.
Responsibilities:
● To solve students academic doubts in an efficient manner.
● Should achieve the targets on a daily basis following all the important parameters,
Proficient in communication and teaching English.
● Need good problem solving and decision making skills to identify the problems and
suggest the relevant solutions to resolve them.
● Should analyze and resolve their own No feedbacks that are received on a daily basis by
reaching out to the students.
● Should be able to manage time effectively and efficiently .
● Should be able to multi- task and work independently on doubt targets assigned
however strive to work as a team for achieving the team metrics
● Should have strong analytical, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills(
written & verbal ) skills with an eye for detail
● Should be ready to learn and adapt to new challenges and changes.

Eligibility:
● Phonics certified
● Min 2 years teaching experience (online classes or school)
● Excellent spoken english skills and high energy and enthusiasm
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Excellent knowledge of the respective subject
● Good pedagogical skills. Prior teaching experience would be an added advantage

● Good logical thinking and aptitude skills. Candidates with a creative bent of mind will be desired.
● Ability to drive discussion driven classrooms
● Ability to collaborate and work across the team
● Ability to engage with parents and students outside class to build solid relationships
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to use MS office and Google drive suite at a basic level
● Enthusiastic to work in a growing start-up environment with tight deadlines while maintaining
quality
Reporting Structure:
The Class Teacher will report directly to the Master teacher Lead or Director Academics and will
work closely with program managers, academic mentors, curriculum designers, fellow teachers, and administrative staff.
