As we continue to grow and evolve, Vedantu is continuing to expand his offline reach to Schools by offering them dedicated Offline and Hybrid School Integration Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the development of short-term and long-term strategic business plans that align with the company's vision and growth targets.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to provide strategic insights.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the market to inform decision-making and support business objectives.
Financial Modeling & Forecasting:
- Develop and manage financial models to support planning and budgeting processes.
- Conduct regular forecasts, financial projections, and scenario analyzes to guide business decisions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and optimize costs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of strategic initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations) to ensure alignment with strategic plans.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication to support the successful execution of business initiatives.
- Provide support to various functions on planning-related issues and best practices.
Resource Allocation & Budgeting:
- Oversee the annual budget process, coordinating with department heads to allocate resources efficiently.
- Assess funding requirements and propose budget allocations in line with strategic priorities.
- Monitor and control budgets to ensure effective utilization of financial resources.
- Market Research & Competitive Benchmarking:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Benchmark against industry best practices to enhance strategic positioning and performance.
Risk Management & Contingency Planning:
- Identify potential risks that could impact the business plan and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity in response to market volatility and unexpected events.
- Support in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Strategic Partnerships (if applicable):
- Participate in due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of potential partners and acquisition targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor & Master degree from tier 1 college .
- 5+ years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategic planning roles.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with experience in using advanced analytics tools and software.
- Proven track record in developing and executing business plans in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
