Finance Executive

Job Summary: As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and examining our financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will be responsible for a range of accounting operations and will support our month-end and year-end close processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Records Management: Prepare and examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Accounting Operations: Manage accounting functions including billing, accounts payable (A/P), and general ledger (GL) entries.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial information and summarize financial status to assist with decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all accounting and financial policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Close Processes Support: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools; experience with Tally is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
