We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in building and managing diverse web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, capable of leading projects, and experienced in developing scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build, maintain, and enhance scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• End-to-End Development: Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and system design to front-end, back-end, and database integration.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Code Quality: Ensure the codebase is clean, efficient, and maintainable by following best practices, implementing testing frameworks, and conducting peer reviews.
• Leadership: Lead teams in adopting the latest technologies, defining project roadmaps, and delivering high-quality results on time.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth application performance and user satisfaction.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Front-End Development: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, ReactJS, AngularJS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Back-End Development: Expertise in NodeJS and PHP, with a strong understanding of server-side technologies.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and DynamoDB, including query optimization and schema design.
• Cloud & API: Proficiency in AWS services and RESTful API integration for scalable and secure applications.
