Account Executive

Responsibilities :

• Manage processing of Invoices, reconciling statements and resolving payment
  discrepancies.
• Oversee and manager the general accounting functions including accounts payables,
  accounts receivable, general ledger and taxes.
• Ensure compliance of accounting standards and company policies to account any
  transaction.
• Adhering to deduct TDS and maintaining TDS register on monthly basis.
• Ensuring to maintain sales register and preparing data for GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B accordingly.
• Monthly books and return reconciliation to ensure correct accounting of GST.
• Reconciliation of bank statements and bank entries on a periodic basis.
• Maintaining pre paid card registers on a regular basis and making proper accounting thereof
  after verifying the nature of the expense.
• Assisting in preparing ad hoc analysis reports as assigned by management.

Skills Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Tally prime, Zoho, and any other ERP.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
