Account Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Tax Computation
• TDS Return Filing
• GST registration and core field amendments, filing of returns (GSTR1, GSTR3B)
• Computation of tax and applying for refunds
• Reconciling GSTR3B and GSTR2A reports
• Preparing Financial Budgets and Budgetary Control
• Making payments, maintaining proper bank book/cash book
• Preparing Cash Flow Statements
• Maintaining Attendance & HR records
• Following up with clients
• (Optional) Service Tax, VAT knowledge and scrutiny works
• Accounts writing up to date using Tally Prime
• Maintain proper track record of invoices, sales/purchase/credit & debit notes
• Following up with clients & vendors
• Negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales data
• Preparing invoices, quotations, and outstanding due sheets in Excel as per format
• Flexible with workload & assignments

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an accounts role is an advantage
