1. Fosters a positive relationship between employees and the organization. Particularly for Blue Colar & flexi employee
2. Resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity in shop floor
3. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations; Preparing and presenting HR & IR related reports
4. Maintain positive employee relations in shop floor and ability to listen.
5. To develop information channel in shop floor to catch any spark before it goes out of control or escalate

Compliance

1.Vast knowledge of Statutory compliance and expertise to fill the challans, returns on time
2.Ensuring Statutory Compliance with Labor Laws, Safety Regulations, and Environmental Standards that the Organization should complies
3. Complies with employment laws, internal policies, and land of the law regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
4. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations; Preparing and presenting HR & UIR related reports

Employee Conflict Resolution / Disciplinary proceedings

1. Effective conflict resolution helps prevent issues from escalating, maintains employee morale, and supports a harmonious relation
2. Managing employee relations and conducting conflict management and resolution. Enforcing company policies and leading disciplinary procedures as per land of the law

Handled Unionised employee

1. Develop a strong, trusting relationship with the union representatives/committee members
2. Create an information channel within
3. Effective communication is the cornerstone of managing a unionized workforce
4. Good negotiation ability and decision-making ability

Liaising with Internal and External bodies

1. Liaisoning with Government Authorities like DISC office, Statutory bodies
2. Liaisoning with Internal Authorities and HODs within the organization
