Opening for an IR Lead for a 350+ Cr company into engineering products, with the Corp office in Park Street and 3 manufacturing facilities in and around Kolkata, on a fast track growth trajectory.
Desired candidate’s profile & Key responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and industrial relations practices.
• Should be a seasoned professional, with 20+ yrs. of experience in Manufacturing companies in West Bengal with TQM practices
• Experience in working directly with unions, employee representatives, and senior management teams.
• Should have handled settlement agreements, productivity improvement drives, worker training and 5S.
• Travel to all plant locations every week
• Implement TQM/5S/other productivity improvement drives
• Handle labor unions, factory teams, optimize & improve workforce
