Opening for an HR Head for a 350+ Cr company into engineering products, with the Corp office in Park Street and 3 manufacturing facilities in and around Kolkata, on a fast track growth trajectory.

Desired candidate’s profile & key responsibilities

• Experience in HR activities involved in Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Merger & Acquisition, labor and Compliance
• Experience with tools and frameworks like JD, Org Structure, KRA, KPI, DWM, Balance Score card, PMS, Appraisal linked with an ERP (preferably SAP)
• Strong connection with external training institutes, colleges, employment agencies
• Proficient in conducting interviews, negotiating compensation packages, roles for new hiring in middle to senior positions
• Implement training programs that focus on quality, compliance, and safety
• Leading HR across multiple departments and cross-functional teams
• Experience driving best HR practices with a focus on continuous improvement
