Opening for a Learning & Talent Lead for a 350+ Cr company into engineering products, with the Corp office in Park Street and 3 manufacturing facilities in and around Kolkata, on a fast track growth trajectory.

Desired Candidate’s profile & Key responsibilities:

• Proficient with TNI, developing Training calendar, implementation of Training Plan
• Should have 5+ yrs. of work experience working in manufacturing companies with sales team
• Skill assessment and skill development of both white and blue collar employees
• Experience working directly with product heads, departmental managers, and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement solutions
• Identify skill gaps, performance challenges, specific training requirements and design
• Design, Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy & calendar that aligns with the company’s business plan and objectives
• Manage the budget, ensuring that training programs are cost-effective and measure ROI
• Bea a trainer/work with internal trainers, subject matter experts and external training providers to ensure that right training is delivered effectively
• Stay updated with industry best practices, new learning technologies
