Team Member - Training

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare annual training calendar creation to ensure training delivery for employees across levels in the form of technical, managerial and soft skills building with the help of external / internal experts
• Execute functional training plan in line with organizational learning requirements, including on-boarding, upskilling, refresher, soft skill programs etc.
• Ensure quality training program delivery in-line with compliance requirements, business priorities and adherence to training calendar
• Assist with development of relevant content for training programs and conduct periodic updates to the same as per organizational requirement
• Identify relevant external certifications/ programs that could be introduced for employee skill development
• Assess training program effectiveness and suggest improvement opportunities
• Ensure proper documentation of training records as per internal guidelines and regulatory requirements across locations
• Attend train the trainer refresher courses and undergo knowledge assessment tests as necessary
• Conduct train the trainer courses for functional training stakeholders as required
• Visualize data and analysis findings into intuitive reports and dashboards for business stakeholders to evaluate performance of various training and learning projects
• Scan the market and identify global best practices and recent trends in learning initiatives and assess suitability of implementation in the organization

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in HR with minimum 5 years of experience in Training and Development, preferably in the manufacturing industry
